Driver Spotlight- Yolanda!

Yolanda has been a Buggy Coachie for just three months on the Kendall>Miami Beach route servicing schools like McGlannan, True North and Sunset Elementary, but it feels like it's been years. With her bubble personality and can-do attitude, Yolanda fits right in! As a proud mother to an eight year-old daughter and new pet bunny, she is well-versed in caring for children and genuinely loves being in their company. The younger riders in particular gravitate towards her and a few of our parents have reported that they love having her as their driver. 

It also helps that she's a South Miami native who knows the ins and outs of getting around this beautiful--albeit congested--city we call home. Whenever she's given a new pickup, she makes sure to check google and try to scope out the best route to avoid traffic. This is a quality we've noticed in all our best drivers--they are proactive. Whether it's finding an alternative route taking back roads, or negotiating a better pick-up location with our school traffic aids, they are always on the lookout for ways we can improve the quality of the service--Yolanda is someone who just "gets it".
